We use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to host our products and services, and Cloudflare for DNS, TLS termination, and edge gateway. Your traffic passes through Cloudflare's network, and data is processed and stored on GCP infrastructure. Our landing page, documentation site, and marketing site are hosted on Railway. Both GCP, Cloudflare, and Railway operate under their own privacy and security policies.

Visitor Identification & Analytics

We use RB2B, a visitor identification service, on our website. RB2B uses IP address matching and publicly available data to identify companies and individuals visiting our site, including surfacing associated LinkedIn profiles. If you visit minimal.dev, your IP address and browsing behavior may be processed by RB2B to identify you or your organization. We use this data to understand our audience and reach out to prospective customers. You can review RB2B's data practices at rb2b.com.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect and analyze information about how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to track page views, session duration, referral sources, and other usage data. This information is transmitted to and stored by Google. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We use FullStory, a session replay and analytics service provided by FullStory, Inc., to record and analyze user interactions on our website. Lead Generation

We use Notion to capture and manage information submitted through lead generation forms on our marketing site. If you fill out a form or express interest in early access, your name, email, and any other details you provide may be stored in Notion. This data is used solely to follow up with prospective customers and is handled in accordance with Notion's privacy policy.

We use Gmail (Google Workspace) for email communications. Outbound communications to prospective and active users may also be coordinated via Slack and Discord. Personal information shared in these channels is handled in accordance with Google's, Slack's, and Discord's respective privacy policies and is only used in the context of supporting your relationship with Minimal.

If Minimal is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, you will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to any change in how your personal information is handled.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and web analytics tools to understand traffic patterns and improve our website. Specifically:

When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner will appear allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may also configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some functionality may be affected. We honor Do Not Track signals where technically feasible.

6. Security

The security of your personal information matters to us. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS via Cloudflare. Data at rest on GCP is encrypted using Google's standard encryption. We follow industry-accepted security practices for access control and data handling.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, contact us at [email protected].

7. Server Logging

Our web infrastructure logs standard HTTP request metadata including IP addresses, user agents, browser type, timestamps, and request paths. These logs are used to maintain service reliability, diagnose issues, and protect against abuse. Cloudflare also processes request logs at the network edge as part of its gateway and DDoS protection services.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business relationship with you, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected].
